1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Freya Kotchakorn Sosaikum, based in Slovenia. Our services include fine art commissions, digital and in-person workshops, Procreate online courses, and artist coaching programs.

Use of this site and services implies agreement to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on freya.art — including artwork, videos, text, illustrations, logos, course material, and images — is the intellectual property of Freya Kotchakorn Sosaikum unless stated otherwise.

• You may not copy, distribute, republish, or reproduce any material without express written permission.

• Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, republishing, or teaching our curriculum as your own is strictly prohibited.

• Client work remains under agreed licensing terms and may not be used beyond the approved scope.

3. Client Projects & Brand Collaborations

For client commissions or collaborations:

• A contract will be provided outlining scope, fees, timelines, rights, and usage.

• A 50% deposit is required to start most projects unless otherwise agreed.

• Final artwork delivery is subject to full payment.

• Delays in feedback or payment may impact timelines.

Ownership and commercial usage rights will depend on the agreement made per project.

4. Coaching Programs

By joining our 1:1 coaching programs:

• You agree to show up on time and prepared for each session.

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows are counted as completed sessions.

• Coaching results are not guaranteed, but you will receive full support, structure, and mentorship.

• All shared documents and recordings are for personal use only.

We reserve the right to end the coaching relationship if there is any form of disrespect, abuse, or misuse of resources.

5. Course Enrollment

When purchasing a course:

• You receive lifetime access (unless otherwise stated).

• You are responsible for ensuring your device and software meet course requirements.

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the sales page.

• We reserve the right to remove access for users violating content guidelines or sharing logins.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed via trusted third-party services. We do not store credit card data.

• Course purchases and digital downloads are generally non-refundable.

• Coaching programs may offer partial refunds only if stated clearly on the sales or application page.

• Client projects follow payment schedules outlined in contracts.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the site and community respectfully:

• Do not spam, harass, or post offensive content.

• Respect the privacy of others.

• Refrain from distributing our course material in other groups or platforms.

Violation of these rules may result in revoked access without refund.

8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or income from our art courses or coaching. All information is provided for educational purposes and artistic development.

Freya.art is not liable for any loss, delays, or damages arising from use of this site, downloads, coaching, or third-party platforms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and applicable international copyright law.
